Smartly Situated. Strategically Connected.

Carrollton’s downtown is the only place in the Dallas-Fort Worth region—outside of downtown Dallas—set to serve three or more transit lines. This level of access makes it a standout opportunity for real estate, commercial and mixed-use investment. The station is expected to become the region’s fourth-largest transit hub, behind downtown Dallas, downtown Fort Worth and DFW Airport.

At the heart of it all is Trinity Mills Station—North Texas’ largest publicly owned transit-oriented development site, with more than 25 acres jointly owned by the City of Carrollton and DART. The project includes modern Class A office space integrated with walkable dining, retail and residential—bringing together the convenience and energy of a true mixed-use destination.
