Construction on Old Denton Road (north of Raiford Road) brings new Raiford Crossing residential development to Central Carrollton. The project by Arcadia Realty will add 174 homes and town homes while tieing in the recent extension of the Blue Trail.
The City of Carrollton Economic Development Department ranked as the fourth largest North Texas Economic Development agency, according to the Dallas Business Journal (DBJ). Carrollton completed a total of 117 deals—five more than in 2012—with a total value of $313.80 million.
